She Rolled Over!
I know I promised pictures a week ago but haven't posted any! But.....................Khloe rolled over 2night for the first time :) The ironic thing is that we got our HD video camera delivered today and David has been playing with it all day and as soon as he turned it off to change her, she decided to roll over! There will be more times to capture her rolling but it would have been ideal to get it on camera her very 1st time!

Khloe is now Eating Solids!
I haven't updated in a couple of weeks but just wanted to post that Khloe has now eaten carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, pears, bananas and avocados. She didn't like the avocados much and we think it is probably due to the texture so we will try them again when she's a little older. Today she will be trying applesauce for the first time and I will be MAKING (wish me luck!) baby food. I will be starting off with carrots and sweet potatoes...Pictures to follow soon!

4 Month Check Up/Cereal for the First Time
Today I had my 4 month check up and Doctor Warren is really happy with my progress. I now weigh 13.14lbs and measure 23.5 inches! I gained over 4 pounds since my last visit! He did the light test and I followed the light to all directions. My Mommy had a million questions for him and he is really patient and truly cares about his patients so he answered every single question and we never felt rushed! I will start yoghurt at about 7 months and he said it is ok to give me chamomile tea twice a day 1-2oz. He said that a lot of Hispanic families do this and he doesn't reccommend it but that it won't do me any harm...with that said, I will be enjoying some chamomile tea daily :) He did tell Mommy he doesn't reccommend Baby Orajel and that if I'm teething a lot, he prefers Tylenol because it will last longer that the Baby Orajel. He said it is time to start giving me cereal, once in the morning and once in the evening and that in about a week and a half, to start veggies and once I have tried the veggies, to try fruits. He is very happy that Mommy is making me homemade food and is still breast feeding me. He understands that I will get formula next month since Mommy is going back to work and gave us 2 free samples of formula!

Cinco De Mayo
We don't celebrate this day in Mexico, it is mainly known as La Batalla de Puebla but it is a great story about how we beat the French even though they had more than twice the people in our army! Here is my silly photo shoot wearing a Mexican dress and playing with a doll Grandma gave me and a piggy bank that my great uncle Sergio sent to me from Mexico...and no, it isn't infected with the swine flu...hahaha!

I am 4 Months Old!/Dia Del Nino in Mexico
Time has really gone by fast! I'm already 4 months old and will be going to the pediatrician next week for my 2nd set of vaccines. I'm not looking forward to that but last time I went I didn't cry too much. My pediatrician will also be talking to Mommy and Daddy about giving me cereal (my mom already has some at home). April 30th was "El Dia del Nino" translated to "Kids Day" this is a holiday which is celebrated in Mexico. My parents got me some bath toys and I took a really nice bubble bath with all of my toys!
